Your rental fees include all of the following: base rent of the apartment, utilities, furnishings, kitchen and housewares packages, linens (bedding and towels), television with basic cable, local phone service, monthly housekeeping (optional), washer/dryer (in most units), covered parking or garage (where available), and full use of the community facilities.
